SAML SSO — not yet
Sign-in today is Google OAuth, email + password, and TOTP two-factor. SAML and SCIM are targeted for H2 2026. If SSO is a hard requirement, it is a reason not to buy yet, and we would rather you knew now.
Data Processing Agreement
A standard DPA with SCCs for EU transfers is published at /legal/dpa and can be executed before you run a single interview. We do not offer a BAA — Vettika is not set up for protected health information.
Custom source configuration
Field mapping across three native ATS connectors — Greenhouse, Lever, Workable — plus Airtable and Google Sheets as candidate sources and an inbound webhook for anything else. All inbound: results stay in Vettika.
Direct line to the people who built it

There is no Enterprise plan today. The published Starter, Growth and Scale packs are the whole catalog, and beyond Scale you buy more packs — balances stack, and nothing renews on its own. If your volume is past that, or you need invoicing rather than a card, email us and we will quote it. Seat-based team accounts are not shipped yet, so there is no per-user price to give you.

Common questions
What's the minimum contract size?
No minimum, and no Enterprise plan to sign. The published Starter / Growth / Scale packs are the whole catalog. Beyond Scale (500 Interview Minutes per purchase) you buy additional packs and the balances stack. Email sales@vettika.com about volume and we will quote it.
How long does onboarding take?
Two sessions over one week. You're running live interviews before the second session.
Can we pilot before signing an annual contract?
There is nothing to commit to. Every plan is a one-off prepaid purchase — no subscription, no annual term, no auto-renewal — so a pilot is just a pack. Start on the free tier and buy one when you have seen the output.
Do you support Workday, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors?
Those three are on the Q4 2026 roadmap. Use the generic webhook adapter in the meantime.
Is audio stored?
No. Audio is destroyed on hangup by default. Transcripts are stored encrypted. Audio retention is available per-session if your legal team requires it, with mandatory candidate disclosure.
What's the response time for a custom security questionnaire?
We answer them. Email security@vettika.com with the questionnaire and we will give you a date we can actually hold rather than a number on a web page. Much of what is usually asked is already written up at /security.
