Enterprise plans are configured per contract: interview quota, overage rate, seat count, SLA, and ATS scope. We don't publish enterprise pricing because it depends on your pipeline volume, your ATS stack, and your compliance requirements. A 20-minute scoping call is the fastest path to a number.

What's the minimum contract size?+
No minimum. Enterprise plans start when your needs exceed Agency tier (100 interviews/month). Some teams move to Enterprise for the SSO or DPA, not the volume.
How long does onboarding take?+
Two sessions over one week. You're running live interviews before the second session.
Can we pilot before signing an annual contract?+
Yes. Enterprise pilots run on pro-rated monthly terms for 30–60 days before annual commitment.
Do you support Workday, iCIMS, or SAP SuccessFactors?+
Those three are on the Q4 2026 roadmap. Use the generic webhook adapter in the meantime.
Is audio stored?+
No. Audio is destroyed on hangup by default. Transcripts are stored encrypted. Audio retention is available per-session if your legal team requires it, with mandatory candidate disclosure.
What's the response time for a custom security questionnaire?+
Five business days for standard questionnaires. Expedited 48-hour turnaround available for enterprise pilots already in legal review.
