What it is

Vettika for recruiters is a voice-AI first-round interviewer that screens every applicant the day they apply and ships a rubric-scored transcript into your inbox within 60 seconds of hangup. In-house TA specialists and agency recruiters report losing roughly 60% of their screening time to scheduling, no-shows, and repetitive intro calls. Vettika eliminates all three: candidates self-serve through one link, the agent runs the 12-minute conversation, and you decide who advances based on the rubric-scored report. First 3 interviews are free with no card. After that, a 10-pack at $19 ($1.90 each), a 50-pack at $79 ($1.58 each), Pro at $49/mo for 30 interviews ($1.50/extra), or Agency at $149/mo for 100 ($1.00/extra). No-shows never count.

The recruiter screening problem

The bottleneck is your calendar, not your req list.

How a recruiter uses it end to end

From application to shortlist, without a single calendar invite.

01

Build the interview from your req

Paste the JD or pull from your ATS. Vettika drafts the opening, 4-6 screening questions, and the rubric. Edit in under 2 minutes.

02

Auto-send the link on application

Drop the URL in your ATS confirmation email or hiring inbox auto-reply. Applicant gets the invite the moment they apply.

03

Review scored transcripts overnight

Reports arrive in your inbox within 60 seconds of hangup. Sort by rubric score. Flag the top 10% for your second-round call.

04

Hand off to the hiring manager

Export the transcript, score, and your notes straight into Lever, Greenhouse, or Notion via Zapier.

100 first-rounds a month, zero calendar overhead.

A recruiter conducting screens themselves typically caps at 40-50 first-rounds a month — the calendar runs out before the candidates do. Vettika pushes every applicant through the screen on application day. On Agency at $149/mo (100 interviews included, $1.00 per extra, no-shows free), 100 screens cost about $1.49 each, and the recruiter spends their time on the 10-15 candidates they shortlist instead of the next 85.

FAQ

Questions recruiters actually ask.

Will candidates drop off when they see "AI interview"?+

Drop-off mostly comes from one-way video tools where candidates record themselves into a void. Vettika is a real-time voice conversation capped at 12 minutes, and the candidate keeps the transcript and their own score. The invite explicitly names what they are joining; consent is recorded. Founders and recruiters who switched from "founder runs every first-round" to Vettika typically see completion rates above 70%.

Can the AI replace my full intake call or just the screening?+

First-round screening only. The 12-minute call covers the same ground a recruiter screen does — role fit, motivation, basic qualification, deal-breakers. Second-round culture or technical-depth calls stay with you. The point is to give you back the 6-8 hours a week you currently spend on screens that end in "thanks, we will be in touch."

Does it integrate with my ATS?+

Zapier today for Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, and Notion — push transcripts and scores into candidate records on hangup. Native integrations for the top three ATS platforms are on the roadmap for Q3. If your ATS supports webhooks, you can pipe results in today.

What if I want to listen in or take over mid-call?+

Not in v1 — the agent runs the call alone. You can play back the audio or read the transcript after, and the rubric scoring is per-criterion so you can audit any individual answer. If you want a live co-pilot mode, tell us; it is on the request list.

How does this work for high-volume roles like SDR or CS?+

Built for it. Single link, every applicant, scored by your rubric. Recruiters running 30+ first-rounds a month land on Pro at $49/mo (30 included, $1.50 per extra) or Agency at $149/mo (100 included, $1.00 per extra) and push every applicant through the AI screen and meet only the 10-15% they shortlist in person. No-shows never count against the cap.
