About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will support our recruiters through the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on leveraging AI tools for initial candidate screening and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about improving recruitment efficiency and candidate experience through technology. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive journey from application to offer, and contribute significantly to building our diverse and talented workforce.

What you'll do

  • Manage and optimize candidate pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview schedules, virtual meetings, and candidate travel logistics when necessary.
  • Utilize AI-powered screening tools to assess initial candidate qualifications and responses.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to gauge candidate interest and basic qualifications.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader HR team as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new recruitment technologies, especially AI tools.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to team success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a recruiting or HR administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with new technologies, including AI tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
